Here is the long awaited debut album of this cult Finnish band uniting ex-members of Barathrum (early period) and Urn. "Into the age of fire" contains 7 tracks (+ one intro and one outro) of raw black/thrash. Songs were composed between 1998 and 2004 in the purest tradition of the 80's thrash metal scene mixed with 90's black metal. The songs are really fast and violent with great breaks à la German thrash metal. Without forget the blasphemous vocals of a total possessed such as Blackvenom. One of the best black/thrash metal acts of 2005 if not the best! As to me, I'm going right now to get the LP version (which contains one bonus....argh!). If you like Urn, Desaster, Gospel of the horns, this album is for you.
